Refund and cancellation policy

The report is a digital product that is created as soon as you pay. We give a full refund if the report could not be delivered, if you were charged twice, or if a technical fault on our side stops you from opening it.

How to request a refund

Email support@namecorrectionnumerology.online within 7 days of payment with your Razorpay payment ID and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

When refunds are not given

• The report was delivered and opened successfully
• You entered a different name or date of birth by mistake (write to us and we will correct the details instead)
• You disagree with the traditional interpretation

Cancellation

Because the report is delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled after payment, but the refund conditions above still apply.
